The Lazyboys are a collection of local Musicians from the Chicago Metro area who got together early in 2006. We were all searching for the same thing, a chance to put together a Classic Rock band with a simple goal, to party with the people we grew up with, thru the music we grew up with. Little did we know that using that simple formula would lead to a homegrown sound and feel that offers the perfect atmosphere for a great night out. Please consider yourself invited to the party! You can just drop us a line on the Contact page and we can get your E-mail from there. We will notify you each and every time we book a show.
Thanks for stopping by,
Lazyboys

Follow the “Listen” link on the right side menu to check out some of the latest work from the Lazyboys. You’ll be directed to our MySpace page where you can easily listen. Leave a comment if you like. We’ll be rotating the rest of the songs through after awhile, so check back for that. Also, hopefully, we’ll be adding dates for some shows soon.

Come on out and welcome our new Drummer Mike Rowan. We’re very pleased to have him on board. Mike played with Front Page, backed up Head East and Rare Earth. From 1983-1985 he was with Split Image (Brett was in that band in 1986), Allies (Heart Tribute Band), Backed up Survivor and James Young from Styx (he had his own band at the time), JY was the name in 1995. Those were the “good” bands he was in. Other than this one of course!
